Our endeavors are to provide correct information about the same but at the same time, www.flightsservices.com cannot be held liable directly or indirectly for any information mismatch or last minute changes. We aims to provide all information about the Flights, baggage rules but these keep changing from time to time. The customer should keep himself or herself updated and informed about any visa or travel related rules for any not limited to specific country or city or airlines.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless www.flightsservices.com, its parents, subsidiaries, shareholders, agents, affiliates, employees, directors, and officers, from any and all liability, claim, loss, damage, demand or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) (collectively, a “Claim”) asserted by any third party, including governmental entities, due to, arising from, or in connection with: (i) any breach by the Indemnifying Party of the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, any breach of any warranty or representation contained herein; and (ii) any gross negligence or willful misconduct committed by either party.
The Indemnifying Party shall have the right to conduct the defense of any such Claim and all negotiations for its settlement or compromise; provided, however, that (a) no settlement or compromise affecting the financial or legal obligations of Indemnified party shall be agreed to without Indemnified party’s prior written approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), (b) the Indemnified party shall have the right to participate, at its own expense, in the defense and/or settlement of any such Claim, and (c) the Indemnified Party notifies the Indemnifying Party promptly of a Claim, provided that, failure to provide timely notice will not alter the Indemnifying Party’s obligations except to the extent that the Indemnifying Party is materially prejudiced thereby.
2. CHANGES IN ITINERARY
You have the right to change in Itenary in the case of any emergency or any change of plan but such changes do not guarantee the full refund or same fare as booked originally for the use.
3. RIGHT TO CANCELLATION & RIGHT TO REFUSE (By www.flightsservices.com in case of invalid information by user)
FlightsServices reserves the right to cancel any travel booking by you or right to refuse Travel booking if it feels the information provided by you is incorrect or fraudulent or does not abide by the laws of any country where you are bound to Travel
4. EXCHANGE FEES Any changes or cancellation or modification or refunds are subjected to fees both by the Supplier(Airlines, Hotels, Crusie, Car rentals etc) depending on the time the request is made and also depends on the itinerary, whether Domestic or International.
Any change in the itinerary is subjected to exchange which may vary depending on the Supplier terms, date of travel, time of change
5. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Iowa, without reference to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and the parties expressly consent that any dispute arising from or out of, or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal Court, as applicable, located in the State of Iowa.
Prices shown on the website are very dynamic in nature and are provided by suppliers. www.flightsservices.com cannot be held liable for any changes thereof for any price changes.
All offers, prices, and conditions of sale may be subject to:
i) change without notice. ii) advance purchase, eligibility, seating, or other limitations. iii) travel days, dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, and/or waitlisting restrictions. iv) reservation validation limitations of up to one year (if any extension permitted, penalties/restrictions may apply); v) and/or other conditions/restrictions. vi) Availability. Lower prices may be available. vii) If your itinerary involves an ultimate destination or stops in a country other than the country of departure, the provisions of a treaty known as the "Warsaw Convention" may be applicable to your entire trip, including any portion entirely within the country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention governs and may limit the liability of certain air carriers for the death of or personal injury to passengers and/or loss of or damage to baggage.
7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You warrant that all information provided by you is correct. You warrant that you are legally allowed age wise to do a travel booking with www.flightsservices.com as per the Governing laws of the country. You warrant that all information provided by you is correct and up to date.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing on the Site, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, audio, or other information from the Site. In no event shall we, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, that arise out of or are in any way connected with the use, or the inability to use, the Site or the services or materials on the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 8.2 You hereby waive www.flightsservices.com its right to a jury trial. Each party acknowledges that the other party has agreed to price in reliance upon the limitations of liability and the disclaimers of warranties and damages set forth herein and that these considerations form an essential basis of the bargain between the parties. Each party agrees that the limitation and exclusion of liability and disclaimers specified in this agreement will survive and apply even if found to have failed of their essential purpose.
Any information which is deemed Confidential by www.flightsservices.com shall be maintained confidentially by the user and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this agreement and the obligations of both the parties therein.
10.1 Ticket Errors Disclaimer www.flightsservices.com is not responsible for any tickets that could not be issued or processed due to incomplete verification of credit card information, and/or credit card decline and/or due to technical glitches. No fare is guaranteed unless tickets are issued.
10.2 Human Error Any error made by any our employee or Agent will be looked into and www.flightsservices.com will try to get it rectified in the reasonable time frame.
It is the duty of every passenger to re-confirm his flight bookings 24 hours prior to departure. You are free to contact www.flightsservices.com for any kind of assistance required in such a scenario
10.4 Overbooking of Flight
In case the flight is overbooked, the airlines usually ask for volunteers who want to give up their booking for a certain compensation. In case no volunteers are available, airlines usually give priority as per the Priority Boarding rules of the Airlines. Anyone who misses the flight due to overbooking will be compensated as per the airline's policy
10.5 No Doorstep Delivery
All tickets which will be delivered to the customer will over the internet on their email ids and will be electronic in nature. www.flightsservices.com do not provide physical delivery of tickets
11. SYSTEM ERROR
In the case of a system error regarding pricing of air booking from www.flightsservices.com website, www.flightsservices.com withholds the right NOT to sell the booking at the erroneous price. Once a system error has been identified, www.flightsservices.com will notify you of the right price. At the same time, www.flightsservices.com will NOT require you to purchase the erroneous reservation at the amended price.
12. USE OF THE TRAVEL SITE
You may only use the Travel Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use the Travel Site for any other purposes, including making any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. You may not (a) use any “robot”, “spider”, or other automatic devices, or a program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process to monitor or copy any of the web pages, data or content found on the Travel Site, (b) link to any portion of the Travel Site, without the prior written permission of www.flightsservices.com, (c) use the Travel Site in violation of, or to violate, any law, rule or regulation, or (d) “frame”, “mirror”, or otherwise incorporate any part of the Travel Site into any other website without fare kingdom's prior written authorization.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use, nor will you permit any use of, the Travel Site in conjunction with any of your activities or business by anyone that resides, stays or is accessing the Travel Site from a country prohibited under U.S. export and/or Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations, including, but not limited to, regulations based upon sanctions, country programs against or embargoes. For more information regarding these regulations, visit www.treas.gov/ofac. You shall automatically become unauthorized to use the Travel Site in the event of a breach of this obligation.
You specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless fare kingdom and the Service Providers for any breach of this “Use of Travel Site” section.
13. TERMS OF PURCHASE
Separate terms and conditions dictated by the applicable Service Provider will apply additionally to your reservation and purchase of products and services on the Travel Site. You agree to abide by such terms and conditions, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the applicable Service Provider’s policies, rules, and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, and services. You understand that any violation of any such Service Provider’s terms, conditions, policies, rules or restrictions may result in (a) your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation or purchase, (b) cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (c) your being denied access to any flights www.flightsservices.com debiting your account for any costs www.flightsservices.com incurs as a result of such violation. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of the Travel Site.

BY OFFERING FOR SALE TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, www.flightsservices.com DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS IS SAFE, ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.
17. CHARGEBACKS AND CREDIT CARD DISPUTES
The customer agrees not to dispute the processing fee, airline ticket charge or fare adjustment if www.flightsservices.com abides by the terms and conditions of the airlines and this agreement.
If you made a booking on www.flightsservices.com and did not receive notification of ticketing it is your responsibility to contact us.
If you need to investigate any charge on your credit card, please call or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before disputing the charge with the credit card company. If the customer attempts a chargeback on a non-refundable airline ticket, service fee or a fare adjustment that meets the terms and conditions of the airline and this agreement; the customer agrees to refund the full amount of the chargeback plus a $200 penalty for the inconvenience and accounting fee. In cases where the customer attempts a fraudulent chargeback, the customer will be responsible for the cost required to initiate legal proceedings in order to recoup the potential loss imposed by the customer.
18. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For refundable fares, a processing fee by www.flightsservices.com Customer Service may be charged for all permitted cancellations.
All of the airline’s service fees and airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancellations should be done via phone only. Refund requests will be accepted only after following conditions have been met:
Traveler has applied for cancellation and refund with us and the airline rules allow for the same.
A traveler should not be a “no show”. Most no-show bookings are not eligible for refund processing from suppliers.
Waivers are secured from the airlines by us to process the request for cancellation and refund.
For flight ticket refunds, it is difficult to provide exact date or time it may take for the refund process. All requests for refunds are processed in a sequence. Once a notification is sent to the customer service agent, an e-mail notification will be sent to us to confirm such request. However, this notification is just an acknowledgment of your request and does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Upon receiving the request, we work with the concerned airlines to arrive at a waived amount based on the rules of the airlines and then notify you the decision of the airlines. Please note that we depend on the airlines to receive refunds. After approval of refund by the airlines, it might take some additional time for the same to reflect on your credit card statement. Generally, a penalty is charged for refunds by all airlines. The entire process, from receipt of your refund request to reflection of the same on your credit card statement, might take 60-90 days. Apart from the refund penalties imposed by the airline, a fee for processing this refund will be charged by www.flightsservices.com. These fees will be assessed only if the airline has authorized the refund or a waiver has been received and when such refunds are permitted by rules of the airline. In case the airline does not process your refund, we will refund you the processing fees charged by us.
19. CANCEL AND EXCHANGE
All airline tickets are completely non-refundable and non-transferable after 24 hours of booking. In cases where the airline does allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards ticket purchase in future with travel on flights of the same airline. Fare difference (if any) and the applicable penalty will be added in such cases. The time constraints and expiration date of such credit should be discussed beforehand with the customer service agent. All such bookings that allow for cancellation must be canceled prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight by calling our customer service representative. We do not guarantee any cancellation. The credit available must be used within a certain time period and date or you will lose the credit amount. When making a new booking, you will have to pay the applicable fare difference, airline penalties, and www.flightsservices.com exchange fees. All such changes are governed by the rules and regulations of the airlines. No representations or guarantees on fees or changes are provided by www.flightsservices.com. For non-refundable fares, for any change in the itinerary after issuing of tickets (in case it is permitted by the airline), following change fees is applicable.
